Accounts Receivable Administrator

About the Role:
As an Accounts Receivable Administrator, you will be essential to continue the momentum of our dynamic team. Your responsibilities will include:
* Debtor Collection and Management
* Debtor Credit Application
* Daily Bank Reconciliation
* Contact customers re overdue accounts and arrange payment including resolving issues to enable payment.
* Maintain the Accounts Receivable database.
* Educate and train branch staff on accounts receivable policies and processes.
* Support other office administrative operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Must have proven accounts receivable experience. A quick learner with superb administration skills and high attention to detail is necessary. Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate are also required. Organisation and Time Management skills to meet deadlines are essential. Professional attitude with customers, suppliers and colleagues is mandatory. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is desirable. Self-motivated and driven to achieve high results is expected.
