Head of Marketing (VC-Backed Scaleup in Deathtech)
Help us in our mission to make online Wills a force for good. We are the largest Will-writing company in Australia and New Zealand (writing around 24% of all Wills). Our B2B SaaS Wills Platform is used by over 1,000 charities and has helped generate $1.5 billion+ in charitable bequests.
Your work will transform how thousands of charities attract and generate bequest income, and will contribute to raising hundreds of billions of dollars for countless causes.

The opportunity
We’re looking for a Head of Marketing to lead Gathered Here through our next phase of growth – building us into a household brand.
What you’ll be doing
- Scale a high‑volume B2C engine across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, SEO, PR, content, and partnerships
- Strengthen and amplify our B2B brand – cementing us as the leading partner for charities building gifts‑in‑wills programs
- Lead and grow our marketing team, both locally and internationally
- Work closely with the CEO to execute GTM motions and strategies
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Sales and Customer Success to ensure alignment on messaging and execution
Must‑Hold
- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with Head of Marketing+ level roles
- Startup and scaleup experience, from Series A and beyond
- Proven success scaling high‑volume B2C products and/or B2B SaaS products
- Experience executing and enabling product growth strategies
- Deep familiarity with multi‑channel digital acquisition (Google Ads, Meta, SEO, CRO) and brand development
- Strong analytical and creative instincts – you know how to interpret data and craft a story that moves people
- Not afraid to roll up your sleeves; this is both a leadership and execution role.

- Familiar with HubSpot and ActiveCampaign

Base pay range
A$160,000.00/yr - A$220,000.00/yr
