A day in the life of a Front Office Attendant
Create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests through warm, friendly and attentive service.
Stay up to date on reception emails and phone calls and carry out administrative tasks as quickly as possible.
Lean into teamwork and assist with accommodation, bistro and booking duties as required.
Qualifications – About you
You know that when it comes to guest service every moment matters.
You are great with people, have strong communication and attention to detail, and are motivated to make magic happen for your guests and teammates.
You are highly organised and have great computer skills.
You hold a current RSA certificate.
