Role:As a Senior Engineer, you will be the bridge between complex systems and actionable solutions. You won't just be sitting behind a screen; you will be onsite with clients, facilitating workshops to build high-quality digital models.
Your key responsibilities include:
* Training and supporting client personnel to master the platform.
* Creating digital models, identifying system behaviours, and generating requirements and test cases.
* Leading business process reviews, requirements analysis, and maintaining traceability from business goals to engineering artefacts.
* Acting as the "voice of the client" internally to help shape our platform's future capabilities.
Skills and experience required:
* 10+ years as an Engineer in technical or systems-focused roles.
* Experience within Defence or Federal Government environments.
* Familiarity with MBSE tools, modelling languages, or digital engineering.
* Exposure to CAD, simulation, analytics, or game design tools.
