Our client has a large presence within the banking and finance domain, they are currently looking for a **IAM Technical Lead** to join on a **permanent basis.**
The **IAM Technical Lead** provides the technical expertise and dedicated technical focus required to deliver on the organisation's new initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Contribute to the change, Level 3 support, and governance of the Identity as a Service (IDaaS) platform hosted on AWS
- Design, build, configure and implement IAM solutions on Ping identity products in an AWS environment
- Provide technical support to project teams as well as the Level 3 support teams
- Consult with business stakeholders on requirements and solution options
- Triage business requirement to advise on the appropriate solution options on the Ping platform
**The successful applicant will have experience in**:
- Enterprise level experience in IAM Platform
- Experience with systems development, support, and maintenance with specialist knowledge in IAM
- Passion for customer service and excellent ability to logical troubleshooting
- Proven experience in engaging and collaborating with a range of business and IT stakeholders to develop ongoing working relationships
- Hands on experience on any one of the industry standard IAM platform (e.g. Ping, Okta, ForgeRock, NetIQ, Tivoli etc)
- Knowledge of security design principles for IAM solutions
- Hands on experience with SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP etc
