We are seeking a passionate Customer Service Consultant to join our high-performing Construction team at our Norwest office. If you have excellent customer service skills and a strong desire to help people, this is an exciting opportunity.
THE ROLE
As a Construction Customer Service Consultant, you will manage client interactions with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. Your role is crucial in building strong customer relationships and supporting them throughout their construction journey.
Your daily responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Liaising with customers via phone and email, building rapport and addressing their needs during construction.
* Keeping customers informed of the construction process, sending timely written updates and documentation.
* Collaborating with Site Managers to obtain updates and answer customer questions related to site issues.
* Raising Variations and coordinating amended paperwork as needed.
* Finalising handover, final account, and Occupation Certificate documentation for customers, certifiers, and lenders.
Qualifications and skills needed:
* Proven experience in customer service or related fields.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency with communication tools and platforms.
* Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
