Brookvale (Northern Beaches) | Minimum 20 Hours per week
$37.39 p/h plus super | Extensive FT training provided
6 month contract with view to extend | Mondays to Saturdays

About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for customers accessing a wide range of government services. You'll deliver accurate information, resolve enquiries, and provide exceptional service across face‐to‐face and digital channels.
This role is fully on-site, ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and being part of a collaborative team.
What You'll Be Doing
* Respond to customer enquiries across multiple service areas
* Provide accurate, consistent information to support customer needs
* Process applications and update records with attention to detail
* Handle complaints/escalations professionally
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
* Maintain high service standards in a fast-paced environment
Who We're Looking For
* 2–3 years' experience in customer service
* Strong communication skills written & verbal
* Confident with computers, email, and MS Office
* Ability to learn new systems quickly
* Professional, resilient, and customer‐focused
* Government experience preferred but not essential
