Customer Business Manager
We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team in the role of Customer Business Manager. This position will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key pharmacy customers to drive education, product recommendation, and brand advocacy.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of field sales experience in a similar channel, preferably retail pharmacy or hospital channels, or product range of vitamins, health supplements, or health food categories.
* Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and deliver business objectives.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with key pharmacy customers through regular visits and communication.
* Provide product knowledge advisory services to pharmacists and pharmacy assistants to support product uptake.
* Drive recommendation and advocacy through education and delivery of informal product trainings in pharmacy environments.
* Work closely with naturopathic educators and state field managers to drive product recommendation and brand advocacy.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a sound understanding of commercial matters, including trade relationships with customers within the pharmacy and banner group contexts. You should also have a strong collaborative approach to achieving commercial goals and be able to use data and insights to identify trends and drive decisions.
