About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Area Manager to join our team and take ownership of driving business development and account management in their area.
As the face of our brand, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong partnerships with customers, and creating sales and promotional strategies to drive growth.
Main Responsibilities
* Account maintenance and growth
* Create and implement high-quality activations and promotions, and support marketing on event activities
* Assist in forecasting and managing stock for area for both direct and wholesale customers
* Create and follow a journey plan that includes both retail and on-premise
* Conduct regular night visits to bars and restaurants
* Support execution for national banners
* Conduct tastings and trainings for both consumers and customers
* Live the brand and become the FELLR Ambassador in your area
