ResponsibilitiesPrepare monthly management accounts, financial reports and variance analysisSupport budgeting and forecasting processes across the businessMaintain balance sheet reconciliations and support month-end close activitiesProvide financial analysis and reporting to support operational performanceReview and analyse costs and margins within a manufacturing contextPartner with operational stakeholders to support reporting accuracy and insightContribute to improvements across reporting, systems and processesSupport audit requirements and maintain strong financial controls
Candidate Profile
You will be a Management Accountant with experience in a manufacturing or operational environment. You bring a solid grounding in management accounting, are comfortable working with operational teams, and understand the importance of accurate costing and reporting in a production setting. You are commercially aware, detail-focused and able to manage competing priorities. CA or CPA qualification, or progress towards qualification, will be highly regarded.
