Territory Manager Maryborough to Childers

We're on the hunt for a confident self-starting Territory Manager who knows the Hervey Bay region like the back of their hand. If you're a natural at building rapport spotting opportunities and closing the deal this is your chance to make a real impact in a growing industry with Australia's leading waste management company.
About the role
Covering the territory from Maryborough through to Childers this is a client-facing on-the-road role where you'll be the face of Cleanaway meeting with customers creating tailored solutions and helping drive sustainable waste outcomes.
What you'll be doing:
* Proactively identifying and securing new business opportunities through outreach and face-to-face engagement
* Building strong lasting relationships with new and existing clients
* Developing strategic sales plans and delivering tailored waste solutions
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth and responsive customer experience
* Keeping your pipeline healthy and up-to-date in Salesforce
* Providing accurate forecasts and reporting to help steer business growth
What we're looking for:
Someone who loves the thrill of hunting down new business thrives on meeting new people and enjoys being part of a supportive collaborative team. You'll be backed by a strong network but have the independence to make your mark across your territory.
We're after someone who is:
* A self-starter who doesn't wait to be told what to do
* Confident engaging and quick to build trust and rapport
* Commercially savvy and motivated to grow our presence in the market
* Experienced in B2B sales business development or account management
* A strong communicator with a natural flair for negotiation
* Organised results-driven and comfortable working independently and loves collaborating with the team
* Holding a current drivers licence and has access to a reliable vehicle
* Industry experience is a bonus but not essential we're open to fresh perspectives
