Essential Qualifications
* Registered nurses, occupational therapists, clinical psychologists, and social workers with AHPRA or AASW membership.
* Nurses must hold a postgraduate qualification in Mental Health Nursing or a specialist post-basic training course.
* A minimum of 2 years' clinical experience within a multidisciplinary team is required.
* Knowledge of recovery models and trauma-informed practice is essential.
