Your new role
As a Technician, there will be a few parts to your new role. Your responsibilities will include:
To complete the service/technical duties based on the job specifications outlined by the customer's requestsStandard task could include the following Drain oil & StoreRemove bushings & tap-switch from the tank wallDe-tank transformer core-coil assemblyReplace or Refurbish transformer bushingsRefurbish tanks.Re-tank core-coil assemblyRefurbish or replace transformer fittingsFit Lid using New GasketFill the transformer with new or original oilOther parts of your role will include:Stock TakeUsing a fork lift
What you'll need to succeed
While experience isn't needed as such in the role, it would be an advantage. You will also need very good communication and language skills as you will be dealing with customers within Australia and outside.
You will also need experience on a fork lift with the relevant tickets being comfortable lifting goods up to 1.5 tonnes.
What you'll get in return
This is a long-term role with the opportunity of a permanent position and will pay up to $42ph + super. It will be Monday-Friday 7am - 3.30pm
