About the Role – What You'll Do
As a Client Partnership Manager, you will lead strategic client relationships and deliver measurable outcomes within the workers compensation scheme.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of engagement and satisfaction
* Develop and execute account management plans aligned to client needs
* Monitor SLA performance and drive continuous improvement
* Identify risks and emerging trends
* Deliver value‐added services that improve return‐to‐work outcomes and reduce claims costs
* Design and implement Data & Governance programs to deliver reporting, dashboards and strategic support
Collaborations
* Claims Teams to ensure strong case management and RTW planning
* Advisory Specialists providing technical, premium, injury partnership and risk insights
* Intermediary networks
Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years' experience in Workers Compensation (essential)
* Ability to interpret premium and claims data and translate insights into action
* Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills
* A proactive, solutions‐focused approach with a passion for client outcomes
* Prevention and early intervention innovation to drive client performance
* Confidence in leading Executive/Board meetings, influencing stakeholders and driving accountability
* Practical leadership experience, with the confidence to manage priorities and navigate challenging situations
