ROLE REQUIREMENTS
* 2+ years of experience working with toddlers
* Fully vaccinated
* Valid WWCC, First Aid, and CPR
* Permanent Australian Residency (this is a long-term role).
ROLE DESCRIPTION
Two loving mums, and their curious and engaging toddler are seeking a new nanny to welcome as a valued member of their 'village'. The family values collaboration and communication - keen to ensure that their nanny is a nurturing, attentive, and reliable caregiver. They have had a wonderful experience with their first nanny (who is moving interstate) and she speaks so highly of the place they've made for her in their family. The right person to step into this role will passionate about working with young children, enjoy facilitating activities and adventures, and positively support routines and growth.
The top priority of this role is the little boy and his needs. Alongside his care (he does take a pretty reliable long nap at the moment), the family would like help in keeping the home running smoothly. Simple meal prep, laundry, and keeping the kitchen and play spaces tidy will be part of the role. The family also has a puppy (Bernese Mountain Dog), so it's important that you're comfortable with big dogs.

We've worked with this family for a while and can absolutely vouch for them, as can their current nanny. They are a warm, down-to-earth household that value positive relationships and mutual respect. Their son is a merry little guy - inquisitive, charming, and loves to explore.
