Lawleys is currently looking for the right applicant who can oversee and manage all of our ninesites.
Responsibilities
* You must possess the following skills: Good leadership
* Have the ability to determine what is needed in each of our retail outlets and where product mixes can be improved and changed
* Check wastage figures and provide continual correct stock levels to ensure profitability
* Ensure customer service managers are complying with company policy and giving feedback to ensure best retail policies
* Provide marketing goals and aims for all retail outlets
* Ensure all Lawleys health and safety policies are monitored
* Ensuring prices are consistent with profit margin requirements
* Consult with directors on promotions and advertising needs
* Reporting to directors with retail outlets' financial transactions and reports to advise improvement strategies
* Monitor how products and services are sold to customers and how improvements and marketing strategies can be implemented
* Train staff on new and changing policies, as this is a dynamic industry
