About the Role
The project involves the construction of new express lanes, upgrade of noise walls and revitalization of sections of the Koonung Creek Linear Park.
The project is being delivered under an Alliance Contract with Major Roads Projects Victoria as the Project Owner and a joint venture as the Non-owner Participants.
Your Key Responsibilities
* You will be responsible for managing project cost data, conducting routine cost estimating analysis and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
* You will work closely with the project commercial team to achieve project goals.
* Key responsibilities include forecasting, preparing CTD CAC earned value and time phasing.
* Experience in Oracle (JD Edwards), Primavera (P6) and Production/Productivity management systems would be beneficial.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need experience in cost control, estimation, risk management and financial reporting at similar Construction projects.
You should have strong analytical skills and be able to work independently.
