Regional Governance Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Governance Specialist to support the delivery of services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Corporations.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to corporations in relation to their governance frameworks, rule books, and compliance with the CATSI Act. You will work closely with corporate secretaries and other stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for enhancing corporate governance.
* Provide expert advice on matters related to the CATSI Act and ORIC's policies and procedures.
* Develop quality assurance processes and audit frameworks for evaluating corporation performance.
