Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Specialist to join our team. As a Senior Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to various environments, from small to large-scale deployments.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support to a variety of environments, including servers, desktops, and applications within Microsoft Azure, AD, and M365 environments.
* Support the implementation and maintenance of cloud infrastructure, including Azure, VMWare, and Citrix.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs.
* Maintain a deep understanding of technical infrastructure, including LAN & WAN networking principles.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to ensure our customers receive the best possible service.
Requirements:
* Excellent technical knowledge of Windows Server, desktop, and Azure AD/GPO/DNS/DHCP.
* Strong understanding of messaging platforms, including Exchange Hybrid, On-prem, and Office 365.
* Experience working with Hyper-V and other virtualisation solutions.
* Extensive experience with backup technologies, including Veeam, Datto, and StorageCraft.
* Outstanding communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
