* Maintaining and managing campus space data, drawings, and associated systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
* Coordinating updates to space management systems and supporting wayfinding, reporting, and benchmarking activities.
* Auditing and updating architectural and engineering drawings, ensuring standards, version control, and recordkeeping protocols are met.
* Producing and updating maps, layouts, and drawings to support publications, minor works, and space planning.
* Managing building and room numbering, space allocations, and associated reporting.
* Providing training, advice, and leadership in the use of campus space information systems.
* Partnering with internal staff, contractors, and external stakeholders to deliver accurate, timely, and high-quality information.
* Driving process improvements, adopting new technologies, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
