Job Title: Social Media Coordinator

This is a fast-paced role that supports the design and implementation of an organic social media strategy for multiple platforms, focusing on creating engaging content and moderating supporter interactions.

* We are seeking an experienced social media professional with strong copywriting skills, attention to detail, and ability to interpret metrics for campaign optimization.

This role will contribute to elevating our online presence, increasing engagement, and driving impactful fundraising and awareness campaigns across Australia and New Zealand.


Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain MSF's voice across social media, providing responses to supporter questions and comments, ensuring compliance with guidelines, privacy regulations, editorial standards, and ethical best practices.
* Create and disseminate engaging content across all social media channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and X.
* Assist with content creation for paid awareness campaigns, utilizing scheduling and listening tools to optimize performance and provide insights-based reports.

This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as experience managing and optimizing social media campaigns. Requirements:

* Demonstrated experience developing, implementing, and managing social media content.
* Qualifications in Communications, Digital Marketing, or relevant professional experience in creative content production.
* Experience using social media scheduling and listening tools.
* Ability to read and interpret social media metrics to optimize performance and provide insights-based reports.
