We are seeking the right person to join our team of passionate, client‐focused Account Managers, creating partnerships with local businesses, organisations and community groups in Ipswich. This is a relationship‐focused role, meeting with key stakeholders to understand their marketing and business goals and help build a winning marketing strategy using our local assets. Media experience is a plus, but it's not essential. If you've worked in sales or a customer‐facing role, have great people skills, and a genuine interest in your community, we'll give the tools and support to succeed.
About The Role
* Work with clients and internal teams to provide strategic advertising solutions with the objective of building, developing, and growing the relationship and station revenue.
* Manage existing client accounts while identifying and growing new opportunities with the support of the leadership team.
* Take ownership of your allocated sales budgets and provide accurate revenue forecasting with strategies and solutions to meet quarterly targets.
* Create compelling sales pitches representing ARN's brands to generate new business opportunities within your client portfolio.
* Apply exceptional client management skills and follow through, including proven experience in delivering tailored presentations, and maintaining accurate records of contact with your clients and agencies.
