About the role
This is a One-year Maternity cover role with opportunity to continue after this time.
We are seeking a highly motivated and organised receptionist to manage all duties of the front desk. As the first point of contact you will be the face of the business ensuring that all clients are greeted upon arrival. You will be responsible for communicating information to all staff including our accountants and financial planners.
Our client base is diverse, and we seek to build long-term relationships with our clients and this role is ideally suited to someone who loves people and processes. The successful applicant will have prior experience in a receptionist role. As we are a small team this role is diverse and fast paced. We require someone who is willing to learn and adapt as we continually improve our systems and processes
This position is full-time time Monday – Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm
Responsibilities
* Answer incoming calls
* Meet and greet clients
* Tea and coffee for clients
* Billing and following up debtors
* Banking and processing credit card payments
* Handling incoming and outgoing mail
* Coordinating and booking client appointments
* Client record management
* Communicating client ATO correspondence
* BAS and income tax return lodgements
* Scanning, photocopying, collating and binding documents
* Stationery and amenity orders
* Organising couriers
* Ad hoc duties
Skills and experience
* Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong organisational skills
* Able to meet deadlines
* Attention to detail
* 1 year previous experience in a similar role desirable
