Customised Freight Solutions (CFS) is looking for a Sales Administrator / Sales Coordinator with transport industry experience to support our sales team and help keep our client relationships organised and running smoothly.
This role supports the sales team by helping manage client information, preparing documents for client meetings, and assisting with sales administration. The goal is to help the sales team stay focused on winning and growing freight while the day‐to‐day coordination work is handled efficiently.
What You'll Be Doing
* Supporting the sales team with day‐to‐day administration
* Preparing information and documents for client meetings
* Assisting with freight proposals and pricing information
* Preparing and organising client freight reports for review
* Helping schedule and prepare for client meetings
* Maintaining client information in our CRM (HubSpot)
* Assisting with contact lists for sales outreach campaigns
* Helping onboard new clients (credit applications and setup details)
* Keeping client records organised and up to date
What We're Looking For
* Experience working in the transport / freight / logistics industry
* Experience in sales admin, customer service, or account coordination
* Strong organisation and attention to detail
* Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reports, and CRM systems
* Good communication skills
* Someone reliable who enjoys supporting a busy team
