Project Requirements
1. Roster: 10/4 work schedule
2. Travel arrangements: Flights paid for by Nathan Contractors
3. Transportation: From airport to camp / camp to site
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Coordinate plant, labor, and material resources for the project
2. Oversee and monitor subcontractors and suppliers
3. Maintain a thorough understanding of Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) protocols
4. Record daily site activities
5. Read and interpret project plans
6. Develop high-level communication with internal and external stakeholders
Required Qualifications and Skills
1. Experience as a Site Supervisor in FRP projects
2. Certificate III in Civil Construction or equivalent qualification
3. Expertise in concrete, steel fixing, formwork, and earthworks
4. Implementation of quality control techniques
5. Effective planning and management of daily tasks and activities
6. Ability to manage multiple teams across various projects
7. Innovative problem-solving skills
8. Friendly personality and strong team player
