Reporting to managers on site, you will be responsible for overseeing service standards conducted by staff and leading by example. Successful applicants will have a hands-on approach that will help support and develop a team that thrives in a high-pressure environment.

What You Do
Supervise Food and Beverage staff across multiple venues
Assist in inventory levels and stock control
Cash handling
Monitoring customer service standards and ensuring that 5-star service is maintained
Oversee staff and assess competency throughout shifts
What We Need From You
Leadership qualities to motivate and mentor staff
Demonstrated previous experience in a similar role
Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional grooming standards
Strong time management and organisational skills
Current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
