This builder has developed strong relationships with well-known industry partners to deliver a high-quality product at an affordable price. This builder has an ongoing commitment to provide a high level of support throughout the pre-construction, construction and post-construction stages to their customers. We are looking for a Site Supervisor to join the construction team based in the Northwest region. About the Role Duties will include: Managing the overall performance of each project from commencement to handover Liaising with trades and sub-contractors Checking material orders Lead a team of site staff in delivering projects Ensure that project milestones are followed and met on time Undertake project quality assurance Manage defective work Complete detailed daily site diaries Ensure that homes are built in accordance with contractual arrangements and to specification Ensuring trades are complying with Safety Management Systems and WH&S legislation's What You Need Certificate III in Carpentry Certificate IV in Building and Construction will be highly regarded Minimum 3-4 years experience as a Site Supervisor with a Project Home Builder Strong written and verbal communication skills Detailed orientated and a strong understanding of the NCC & BCA Current drivers license The Benefits Salary ranging from $120,000 - $130,000 plus superannuation, fully maintained vehicle, tablet and mobile Extensive training and professional development opportunities provided by the company Ongoing professional development opportunities across the wider business Annual salary reviews and bonuses offered across the business Strong pipeline of work Opportunity to work with an established and award winning residential home builder If you are interested in learning more about this opportunity, feel free to reach out to me on 0447 367 966 for a confidential chat.
