Description Reporting to the Chief People Officer, your duties will include, but are not limited to; Technical HR/IR/ER guidance and support to all internal departments and stakeholders across their geographical locations IR policy updates, agreement amendments, negotiations and internal guidance Hands on leadership to an established People team of 5 direct reports Offer escalation support with all employee relations matters, including liaising with The Commission, tribunals and settlements Working in collaboration with the Workforce Planning team to talent map to accommodate new client and workforce agreements Part of ELT meetings with regards to new client acquisitions and response documentation Extensive project exposure, from post implementation HRIS, EVP’s and various initiatives Profile As an ideal applicant, you will have; Tertiary qualifications, ideally within Human Resources Agile, progressive, dynamic and commercially focused style Services orientated industry background Prior IR / HR experience, ideally supporting a large workforce Meticulous attention to detail Thorough knowledge and understanding of Australian legislation, awards and regulations Opportunity A People/HR Leadership opportunity, based in Perth Part of an ever-growing global firm Forward thinking culture Perth location – with parking Highly competitive salary package Executive reporting line If you’re well suited to the opportunity, we’d love to hear from you.
