About the role
Due to recent contract awards and growth, we are seeking skilled HVAC Service Technicians who are motivated to deliver exceptional service for our National clients in Far North NSW.
This is an opportunity for candidates to deliver high levels of service to our key clients and grow alongside the contract opportunities whilst broadening your own knowledge.
You will work on bundled MEF preventative maintenance contracts, breakdowns, repairs, and upgrades as part of a skilled and friendly team.
What you will need to be successful in this role
* Experience providing HVAC services to commercial clients preferred
* Dual trade desirable (HVAC/Elec)
* Evidence of strong HVAC knowledge
* ARCTICK Refrigerant Handling Licence
* Current drivers licence.
* Ability to travel within 125km radius of Ballina – EA allowances apply
* Professional presentation and communication skills
* Have or be able to obtain White card and Police check
* Have a “Can Do” attitude and proactive approach with clients and the team
* Ability to work autonomously as required
* Value working safely every time and keeping others safe.
You may be required to participate in audiometric testing within the first 3 months of your employment to allow Precise to record a baseline measure. The testing may be repeated every two years thereafter. Testing will be paid for by the Company and the results will not impact the hiring process or the terms of employment.
