About this Role
We are seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to join our team. In this key leadership role, you will report directly to the General Manager and oversee the day-to-day operations of our Touring division.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer service standards while supporting on-road crew.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and manage staffing requirements for the touring division, aligning resource allocation with business needs.
2. Manage operational plans for the touring division, ensuring delivery of exceptional guest experiences while meeting financial objectives and performance targets.
3. Oversight is required in managing promotional inclusion support to meet client expectations, such that we stay true totourism brand identity values so fostered consistent memories every time customers visit us.
Tour Experience & Requirements
The successful candidate should have prior experience working within an operation management position where they were tasked with overseeing teams and driving results via planning software including Microsoft Suite (e.g., Excel). The chosen candidate would need strong communication skills through being able respond effectively under pressure situations which sometimes involve conflict resolution. Furthermore their level organizational abilities allow them successfully navigate among many things especially scheduling,& paperwork process cases etc... Hence keeping close eye things go smoothly before finally reporting progress upper level managers accordingly--regardless incident potentially occurring downtime.
