Role Purpose
The Stock Manager is responsible for managing the company's stock pipeline, ensuring data accuracy, coordinating documentation, and acting as a point of contact between internal teams and external partners. This role combines administration, communication and spreadsheet management and is suited to a junior–mid level candidate seeking exposure to operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities
* Keep stock lists and spreadsheets up to date
* Track availability, reservations and upcoming releases
* Liaise with builders and internal teams for stock updates and timelines
* Handle stock-related queries and provide updates when needed
* Assist with basic documentation and admin support
* Enter and update data in internal systems
* Help with weekly stock reporting and simple forecasting
* Support the operations team with general admin tasks
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in an administrative, operations, stock coordination within property or construction
* Strong communication skills with confidence liaising with external stakeholders
* Intermediate spreadsheet capability (Excel/Sheets) with high attention to detail
* Organised, reliable and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
* Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn new systems
