About the Role:
As a Sales Representative, you'll establish and nurture customer relationships through face-to-face meetings, established customers, new customers, and identifying new prospects - there is so much untapped business.
Your role includes making strategic decisions to achieve sales targets set by the business. You'll utilise their ERP system and collaborate with our estimation team to optimise sales results. Strong communication skills, meticulous follow-ups, and consistent customer contact will be your key tools in generating interest and driving customer purchases. If you're looking to transition from internal sales and want to hit the road to meet clients, this role is ideal for you.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Visit and engage with our customer base.
Pre-check orders for inconsistencies and ensure they meet customer requirements.
Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries.
Collaborate with the Production and Logistics departments to ensure timely deliveries.
Maintain and update sales and customer records.
Communicate important feedback from customers internally.
Consistently meet monthly sales targets.
