**The Opportunity**:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Support Representative/ Spare Parts Interpreter to join our Customer Support Centre based in Welshpool on a** 10 - 12 month fixed term **basis. This role provides high - support to internal and external customers for all queries regarding parts interpretation, quotes, sales orders and deliveries. Other duties include:
- Delivery of high-quality parts interpretation in a timely and professional manner through analysing parts books & other systems to supply correct parts
- Provide customers with accurate estimates of lead time & cost utilizing the Komatsu inventory and parts pricing systems
- Promote the company and its products positively, promoting and following quality assurance processes, identifying and reporting any problems and suggesting remedies
- Maximise sales through proactively engaging with customers and providing solutions
- Provide exceptional customer service resulting in a positive customer experience
**Roster**: Mon-Fri, 9-5, occasional weekend coverage

**Your Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work within a 24/7 roster with varying start, finishing times, weekend and Public Holiday coverage as required (day shift only)
- Ability to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and build strong working relationships
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills with Microsoft suite; Microsoft AX experience will be highly regarded
- Knowledge of mechanical equipment and mechanical aptitude desirable however not essential
- Current drivers' licence is essential and forklift licence is advantageous
