The Role Reporting directly to the principal, you will oversee the smooth, compliant and efficient operation of the office, supporting Sales, Property Management and Administration.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead day-to-day office operations and financial administration
* Manage and support a medium-sized team across Sales, PM and Admin
* Oversee sales listings and workflows
* Coordinate the full sales contract lifecycle from listing to settlement
* Ensure compliance with legislative, statutory and company requirements
* Prepare, review and execute contracts
* Act as a key liaison with vendors, buyers, solicitors and other stakeholders
* Train and support sales staff in best-practice use of CRM
* Assist the Property Management team with system processes and improvements
* Trust Accounting
* Handle sensitive matters with professionalism, discretion and confidence
About You
* Proven experience in an Office Manager, Operations Manager or senior admin role within real estate
* Previous trust accounts experience
* Strong knowledge of compliance, contracts and trust accounting
* Highly organised, proactive and detail-driven
* Strong communication and leadership skill
