My client is a rapidly growing Australian success story with a market leading SaaS solution aimed at the professional services market. Their workflow and automation software makes lives easier for their customers, increasing their ability to focus on core business and revenue generating activities. Due to growth an exciting new opportunity to join the business has opened as Enterprise Customer Success Manager.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage key accounts in the enterprise and global MNC sectors, achieving mutual goals and growth within each account.
* Retain and grow client base through identifying cross/up‑sell opportunities.
* Onboard and train new customers on the solution.
* Client support and issue resolution.
* Conduct detailed QBRs with key customers.
* Manage customer renewals.
* Internal and external key stakeholder management – up to heads of and C‑level.
Qualifications:
* Tertiary qualification.
* Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Customer Success Manager or Account Manager within software (SaaS) sales.
* Ability to identify new business opportunities within existing accounts through cross/up‑sell additional solutions and services.
* Customer‑centric approach with exceptional attention to detail.
* Outstanding presentation and communication skills with ability to deal with C‑level executives.
* Experience demonstrating a SaaS product/platform with multiple modules.
* Comfortable running customer workshops, onboarding, and training of new and existing customers.
* Experience running QBRs.
* Meeting and exceeding sales and CSAT targets.
