This role provides leadership of several administrative workforce departments within People and Operations, including Service Support Unit; Switchboard; Patient, Reception and Mail Services; Workforce Analysis; and the Administration Workforce Relief Team

The Role

An opportunity has become available for a Corporate Services Manager and Workforce Analyst to join Gold Coast Health (GCH) where the focus of our strong team is on providing world-class health care to people living in the Gold Coast, and northern New South Wales region of Australia.

You will

* Provide advice, including strategies to ensure the effective delivery of services that support the business needs of GCH
* Critically analyse and assess workforce resourcing within Administration Services utilising financial analysis tools
* Oversee the management of the Administration Workforce Relief Team coordination as well as Administration Rostering Services
* Undertake investigation analysis and reporting on key performance from established targets

About you

To be successful in this position you will require:

* Relevant experience in large, complex team management and workforce analytics is required
* While not mandatory, a relevant qualification would be well regarded
* Evidence of vaccination, or be able to be vaccinated against and remain vaccinated against - Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis
* Tuberculosis screening, to identify if the tuberculosis vaccination may be required
* Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed
* Criminal History Screening will be required for new employees (GCH will cover cost)

Salary

* Permanent full time
* Base salary ranging from $ $ per annum

Administration Services provides support services to all areas within the Gold Coast Hospital and Health Service (GCHHS). This position also manages the Administrative Workforce Relief Team, Switchboard, Reception and Patient Services within GCHHS.
