We are seeking a passionate Sales Representative to join our sales team to help us continue our strong growth into the future.
Great team culture with a young and smart team all passionate about growing, learning and kicking goals together.
All training and support provided, with future career progression into senior business development manager roles. Supported by project sales representatives and estimating team. No electrical experience required.
Extremely rewarding role, chasing a wide range of exciting projects in a great team environment.
Key Accountabilities
* Follow-through project leads to identify and build rapport with key stakeholders
* Secure RFQs from new target prospects
* Follow up proposals and convert to orders
* Contact and introduce Metroid to new prospects
* Research and follow up projects and other opportunities for new businessMaintain and keep CRM up to date
Attributes/Skills required
* Ideally at least three years successful experience in a sales environment
* Project sales experience highly valued
* Experience/exposure to industrial, municipal and/or mining industries a strong advantage but not essential
* Strong people skills – ability to build rapport and trust with other people
* Enjoys working in a team-based selling environment
* Highly productive & disciplined
* Excellent computer skills, confident on CRM data entry and Microsoft Office
* Hubspot experience highly valued
* High attention to detail
* Ability to learn basics of a technical product
