Key Responsibilities Data Analysis & Reporting
* Collect, analyse, and interpret data relating to mortgage applications, client profiles, and industry trends.
* Prepare clear reports that support decision‐making and improve internal processes.
Attention to Detail
* Review mortgage documents, financial information, and client details with precision.
* Ensure all information meets compliance, regulatory, and lender requirements.
Handling Sensitive Information
* Manage confidential client and financial data with maturity, discretion, and professionalism.
Professional Phone Etiquette
* Communicate confidently and courteously with clients, brokers, lenders, and stakeholders.
Fast‐Paced Workflow Management
* Handle a high volume of tasks, deadlines, and competing priorities.
* Maintain momentum across applications, client inquiries, and reporting tasks.
Self‐Motivation & Independence
* Work autonomously with minimal supervision.
* Take initiative, problem‐solve, and keep tasks moving without being prompted.
Team Collaboration
* Work closely with brokers and team members to meet client needs and business goals.
* Communicate clearly to ensure smooth workflow and shared priorities.
Workflow Prioritisation
* Liaise with brokers to understand urgency and importance.
* Adjust workload and timelines accordingly.
Skills & Qualifications
* AFG broker support experience essential, including FLEX and Broker Engine (mandatory).
* Strong experience in data analysis and reporting.
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
* Demonstrated maturity when handling sensitive client and financial information.
* Professional phone manner and strong communication skills.
* Ability to perform under pressure in a fast‐paced environment.
* Self‐motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate within a small, high‐performing team.
* Justice of the Peace or Commissioner for Declarations (preferred but not essential).
