Enhancing Digital Student Experience
Curtin University is seeking a skilled Digital Analyst to join our team. This exciting opportunity will see you play a key role in shaping the digital student experience, working closely with stakeholders across the university.
As a Digital Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to support the Manager, Analytics and Insights in collating and analysing data from various platforms, including Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. You will work collaboratively with the User Experience team and student engagement teams to develop insights and recommendations that drive improvements in the digital student journey.
Key responsibilities include:
* Maintaining and configuring digital analytics tools and processes to support marketing, digital engagement, and service optimisation.
* Collaborating with user experience and student engagement stakeholders on analytics strategy development, measurement frameworks, and data interpretation.
* Developing and maintaining reporting dashboards to assess key goals and KPIs.
* Conducting training sessions for staff on Google Analytics, Google Looker Studio, and other analytics platforms.
* Assisting other teams with media tracking, link clicks, and goal conversions across campaigns and digital platforms.
Our ideal candidate will have:
* Highly experienced in web analytics tools, particularly Google Analytics (GA4).
* Strong expertise in Tag Management Solution (Google Tag Manager).
* Experience implementing and drawing data from data warehouses (Big Query) would be highly desirable.
* Ability to translate requirements into technical requirements and solution design.
* Excellent prioritisation and workload management skills.
