About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic Service Receptionist, to work at our busy Mercedes-Benz Service Department located in Artarmon on a full-time basis.
The role will involve the following:
1. Answer and direct incoming calls
2. Greet guests and direct them appropriately
3. Assist potential clients with enquiries
4. Book vehicles in for service and recalls in ERA and Excel
5. General administration support duties
The successful candidate will need the following:
6. Full work rights in Australia
7. Proven Reception experience in a corporate environment
8. Exceptional communication skills
9. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
10. Ability to work under pressure and multi task
