The Role: Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity is available for an enthusiastic and dedicated Accountant to join our team. We need a detail-oriented and process-driven individual who is passionate about developing and embedding best practice.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Business Managers on all financial related aspects
- Ensure complete accuracy and timeliness in the provision of financial information and management reporting
- Complete periodic balance sheet reconciliations
- Provide input in General Operations meeting and preparation
- Assist with Cost Reporting & WIPreviews and ensure businesses are reporting correctly
- Provide a suite of financial reports monthly to each designated business
- Involvement in budgeting process
- Maintain fixed assets including additions, disposals, transfers and verification
- Review AP Batches applicable to business units
- Ensure overhead expenses are correctly allocated including wages, phones, e-tags, fuel
- Key involvement in any financial related correspondence, tenders and other ad-hoc questions relating to the operations of the designated business units.
- Provide assistance to other areas of finance to achieve key milestones, e.g. half and full year end reporting, board reporting, audit, statutory returns, surveys etc

Key Selection Criteria
Do you have proven examples of demonstrating drive and energy? Are you extremely motivated and can think outside the box? Do you want the opportunity to potentially work your way into a partnership? Being able to demonstrate and highlight examples of these are the key criteria for you to be successful in joining our existing talented and passionate team.
