Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the overall delivery and coordination of projects, ensuring all life cycle delivery targets are met.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in Engineering and/or technical expertise in Facilities Management, Building Maintenance, Mechanical/Electrical or similar.
* Delivering Lifecycle Projects, Modifications, Minor Works, and supporting Planned Preventive Maintenance systems administrator with QFM and PPM programs.
* Managing the integrity and functionality of the building fabric, building services, utility systems, furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Planning, procuring, implementing, and commissioning works to agreed timelines and budgets.
2. Periodically reviewing subcontractor work orders to ensure consistent pricing and quality.
