What the role looks like
You'll be the first point of contact for buyers who are exploring what's possible, guiding them through the process with warmth, honesty, and genuine enthusiasm rather than pressure. This is consultative selling at its best, and the product tells its own story beautifully when you know how to share it.
Sherpa Group will bring you leads, but we also want someone with the drive to create their own demand and open new markets. We're passionate about multi-generational living, and that means reaching buyers who didn't even know this was an option for them.
You'll be supported by a close-knit team that takes real pride in doing things properly, with genuine opportunity to grow as the business grows.
* Be the first point of contact for leads, walking alongside them from initial enquiry through to contract and settlement
* Own the presentation of the sales office, ensuring the display feels genuinely enjoyable and memorable for buyers
* Generate demand through your own initiative, partnering with AI tools to create new opportunities for Sherpa Group (alongside marketing)
* Use Salesforce and Claude (or similar AI platforms) with confidence, full training is provided but a willingness to learn and embrace new technology is essential
* Contribute to marketing and sales strategy, bringing your real-world market and buyer knowledge to the table
* Represent the Sherpa Group brand with the care and consistency it deserves at all buyer touchpoints
What we're looking for
You're a natural communicator who genuinely enjoys people. You're resilient, coachable, and you bring energy to every room you walk into. You have a track record of hitting targets, whether that's in car sales, retail, real estate, finance, or somewhere else entirely.
You're someone who thrives with structure and training. You want to be developed, not just deployed. You understand that the right foundation makes everything possible, and you're willing to put in the work to build it properly.
Most of all, you're ready to take the ceiling off your income. Your results here are a direct reflection of your effort, and exceptional earnings are genuinely on the table for the right person.
