What You'll Be Doing
* Supporting children with a range of speech and language challenges to find their unique voice.
* Creating engaging, playful therapy plans that make communication development exciting and meaningful.
* Helping children overcome speech and language barriers, including articulation, social communication, and expressive/receptive language.
* Working closely with families to empower them with strategies and tools that foster progress both in therapy sessions and at home.
* Collaborating with other therapists, teachers, and families to ensure the child's needs are fully met in a holistic, team-oriented approach.
* Celebrating each child's communication progress, big or small, and making learning a joyful experience.
About You
* A qualified Speech Therapist with tertiary qualifications and eligibility for Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) membership.
* A genuine passion for working with children and supporting families.
* Experience or interest in paediatric speech and language development, including articulation, language delays, and social communication skills.
* Creative thinkers who can make therapy fun and engaging for kids of all ages.
* A commitment to staying up-to-date with evidence-based practices and professional development.
