The Opportunity
We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team at KHI JGM Accountants in Cairns, Queensland. This full-time position will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a positive experience from the moment they walk through our doors. Career progression available for the right person.
What you'll be doing
· Greeting and welcoming clients in a warm and courteous and professional manner
· Answering and directing incoming phone calls
· Performing general office duties such as managing mail, scanning and photocopying
· Assisting with administrative tasks as required
· Providing exceptional customer service
What we're looking for
· Excellent attention to detail
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Excellent organisational and time management abilities
· Proficiency in using standard office equipment and software (specifically Word and Outlook)
· Sound knowledge of Word and Outlook is preferred
· A friendly, professional and customer-focused attitude
· Must have driver's licence and own vehicle
· Permanent Australian work rights preferred
