About the Role
This is a casual position with flexible availability across Monday to Friday. You'll work collaboratively with your centre team to deliver engaging, play-based learning while supporting the overall wellbeing of children in your care.
In this role, you will:
* Support children's physical, emotional, and social development
* Assist with program planning, observations, and documentation
* Build trusted relationships with families, children, and colleagues
* Live out Journey's values in everyday interactions
* Uphold our See, Act, Tell safeguarding framework
About You
You're calm, motivated, and committed to creating a joyful and safe environment where every child can thrive.
You'll need:
* Certificate III or higher in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA recognised)
* Valid Working with Children Check (state-specific)
* Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
* Previous experience supporting educational programs (preferred)
