Job Description
As the Marketing & Design team, we are the voice of clients and those we aspire to work with. The Marketing Manager leads the planning and delivery of marketing activity across campaigns, content, events and partnerships. Working with senior stakeholders and the wider Marketing & Design team, you will drive multi‑channel initiatives aligned to business priorities and brand standards, ensuring disciplined project management, consistent execution and clear performance reporting.
The role suits a marketer ready to take management‑level ownership, able to design and run defined programmes end‑to‑end, manage stakeholders confidently, and contribute to broader marketing governance, strategy, and ways of working.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the end‑to‑end development and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns aligned to business objectives.
* Own campaign planning and execution, including messaging, channel strategy, timelines, budgets and delivery governance.
* Partner with senior stakeholders across service lines to define objectives, manage scope and maintain momentum.
* Brief and manage internal creative/digital teams and external suppliers to deliver high‑quality, on‑brand outputs.
* Drive content strategy and development across written, video, digital and experiential formats to strengthen brand presence.
* Identify and activate opportunities to showcase expertise through events, communications, client engagement and targeted digital activity.
* Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of events, sponsorships and partnerships, ensuring strong brand alignment and value realisation.
* Manage priority third‑party relationships and suppliers, maintaining quality standards, timelines and budget control.
* Track, analyse and report on campaign performance, translating insights into continuous improvement and more effective delivery.
* Act as a trusted marketing advisor, applying governance standards, improving processes and ensuring consistent national execution.
Qualifications
* Bachelors Degree in Commerce, Marketing, PR or similar discipline
* A minimum of 5 years of experience, ideally in a corporate and/or professional services environment
* Demonstrated experience leading campaigns and marketing activity across digital, content, events and partnerships.
* Strong stakeholder management skills, including confidence engaging senior leaders and influencing outcomes.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to tailor messaging to different audiences.
* Strong project management capability: planning, prioritisation, attention to detail, and delivery to deadlines.
* Strong analytical mindset, uses data to inform decisions, track ROI to continuously improve.
* Digital capability and familiarity with marketing platforms and SEO principles.
