Our 2PH farms in Emerald are renowned for producing some of the finest citrus in the country — and now we're looking for an Irrigation Technician to join our team in Emerald, QLD on a full-time basis.
You'll play a key role in optimising plant health through effective management of irrigation and fertigation operations on farm. These teams operate Monday to Saturday. Your attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment will be crucial in helping us deliver the best, season after season.
About the Role
* Working with the Irrigation Manager to set irrigation programs
* Monitoring systems and soil moisture levels
* Provide support on irrigation scheduling
* Install, maintain and repair irrigation systems
* Setting up and moving irrigation lines
* Mixing and distribution of fertiliser
* Maintenance of records and collection of information
About You
* Experience working in a similar role
* Good working knowledge of irrigation systems and infrastructure
* Troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve irrigation issues
* Basic computer skills
