Key Responsibilities
* The role will play a key part in the reform of NSW rail, influencing change for customers and the community.
* You will establish pricing methodologies, set prices, and manage commercial arrangements for public and third-party rail operators.
* Manage and coordinate all of TAM's economic regulatory and pricing accountabilities.
* Oversee the management of rail access administration and contract management consistent with requirements.
* Lead annual compliance reporting to IPART, coordinating data gathering, drafting, preparing, and obtaining approval of submissions.
* Establish assurance, audit, and compliance for non-price access products and services by TAM Agents.
Requirements
* Demonstrated senior economic commercial experience in regulated asset delivery environments.
* Expert knowledge and application of regulatory frameworks in large commercial organisations.
* Infrastructure pricing experience in regulated environments.
* Commercial negotiation experience.
* Tertiary qualifications or equivalent professional experience.
