Our STEPS Work Mates program is all about supporting youth with an NDIS plan to transition from school to employment through School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES). We help build confidence, life skills, and job readiness-every step of the way!

What You'll Be Doing
* Build rapport and uncover participants' goals
* Help overcome personal barriers and boost confidence
* Teach job search techniques, resume writing, and interview skills
* Support social and life skill development
* Network with employers and create opportunities
* Track progress and keep accurate records
What We're Looking For
* Certificate III (or equivalent) + relevant experience
* Background in community work, teaching, or youth support
* A genuine passion for empowering young people with disabilities
* Positive, outgoing, and creative personality
* Ability to think outside the box and make sessions fun and engaging
* Strong admin and attention to detail skills
Must-Haves
* Blue Card (Working with Children)
* NDIS Worker Screening (Yellow Card)
* NDIS Worker Orientation Module
* Current Open Driver Licence
